We are deeply committed to upholding human rights throughout our operations, actively working to eliminate issues such as child labor, forced labor, and discrimination. Our Human Rights Policy is applicable to all employees, including part-time and contract workers, and we extend this commitment to our value chain partners as well.

To ensure accountability, we have instituted grievance redressal policies, which include the Human Rights Policy, Whistle Blower Policy, Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Policy, and the Code of Conduct for Vendors. Employees are encouraged to report any human rights concerns to their Immediate Supervisor, Head of Department, or Human Resources department.
